Murano Glass GuideShipping is free across Italy and Europe. To the USA and Canada it's 30 €, and 40 € to the rest of the world. Import duties for deliveries outside the EU aren't included.
Standard delivery usually takes 3–5 days within Europe, 5–10 days to the USA and Canada, and 7–15 days to the rest of the world. The estimate for your address is shown at checkout.
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase, and we refund your original payment method within 14 days, including standard delivery. Return shipping is at your cost unless the piece is faulty. For an exchange, just contact us.
